Luxury Tint and Glass Replacement – Refund Policy.
At Luxury Tint and Glass Replacement, we are committed to providing premium products and professional installation services. Due to the custom nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:
Window Tinting services.
• Once window tinting has been applied to a vehicle, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• This includes all types of window films and any level of shade or customization requested.
• Window tint is a custom-installed service and cannot be removed, reused, or returned once installation is complete.
Other Services (Glass Replacement, PPF, Wraps, Ceramic Coating).
• All other services are non-refundable once work has started or custom materials have been ordered.
Any Quality issues caused by installation will be corrected under our service guarantee. Manufacturer defects may be covered under warranty and replaced accordingly.
Workmanship Guarantee.
• While refunds are not offered for tinting services, we proudly stand behind the quality of our workmanship.
• If any installation issues arise (e.g., bubbles, peeling, edges lifting) within 10-15 days of installation, we will inspect and correct the issue at no charge, provided it falls under our workmanship lifetime warranty and is not due to customer misuse.
